How do I know my transaction will be safe?

What happens after I've placed my order?

In most cases your order will be shipped the same or within the following business day from the time it was placed or within the time frame stated in the "availability" display for each item. If the availability is outside of the parameters stated or the item is on back order, you will be notified via e-mail. You should receive your product within 2-7 business days of being shipped depending on your location.

How are products delivered to me?

Your products will arrive via UPS or USPS. In order to help save you money, some of the larger items may be drop shipped from the manufacturer or distributor. By them not shipping those products to us and then in turn ship out to you, it helps us reduce our overall shipping expenses and pass that savings along to you our valued customer through our free shipping programs. For this reason, your entire order may not arrive at the same time or from the same source.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

What is your cancellation policy?

Hurry and call (480-463-9700 or 800-832-4070)! If you contact us prior to your order being processed we can cancel the order without any fees or charges. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled, but, it can be returned. Please see our return policy for more information and instructions on how to return an item or order.
